Join me on the mat for a range of different classes suitable for all levels and abilities. You'll find modifications and options to suit your own unique yoga journey, whether you're an experienced yogi or totally brand new and have come here to try your very first class!

I teach a strong, fluid style of Vinyasa Flow with a deep rooted holistic approach and a strong emphasis on breath. Classes range from mild and juicy, to sizzling hot and spicy, depending on the amount of chilli peppers you're looking for! Every class is taught with a light hearted, joyful approach in order for every individual to freely delve into the practice through expression and creativity.

My intention is to hold a safe space to allow all the gorgeous benefits of yoga, physically, emotionally and spiritually, to arise within. 
It's an honour to guide you through this practice of yoga. And remember, I am your guide- your body is your greatest teacher.
